The Century Mark
Seven months ago, I was hired to write this blog for Redfin. One hundred blogs later I have finally hit the century mark. For any event, occasion, activity or celebration hitting the One hundred barrier is always something to be proud of. It is also a great time to take pause and reflect. Where have we been, and where we are going? As it relates to Redfin in particular, looking back it has been a great learning experience. Learning the particulars and terminologies of the real estate industry has been awesome. If you follow my blogs to any degree, then you will know that I find many subject matters and industries analogous to the real estate market. It is easy to metaphorically tie in many things to the ups and downs of real estate. Looking ahead, I am anxious to make it to 200, but more so anxious to see what changes will take place between now and then. Because after all, it is the Journey and not the destination. As we take a look at the inventory for Huntington Beach we see that the journey may be a bumpy one.
