The Great Race for 2008
As a big news person, I am not for sure what the bigger story is these days, the Democratic Presidential race or the real estate housing market, especially as it pertains to California. As I watch CNN, MSNBC and FOX News…well I don’t really watch FOX News, real estate and who said what between Barack and Hillary are often the number one and two lead in stories. I must say, I do understand why, both have all the drama of a real life soap opera. Real estate has created a wonderful story line all its own. As America waits with great anticipation to see who our next President will be, we Californians watch with equal enthusiasm to see how the real estate story will end. Taking a look at these price reductions in Huntington Beach gives us some insight into what is to come, but like any great race, the finish may surprise you.
