Part of being a home inspector in Orange County is educating home buyers about the home inspection process. Often times I get calls from first time home buyers who have no idea what a home inspection is for and that they were just told to get one by the real estate agent. As an inspector, I make it my responsibility to both educate and service the Orange County, CA home buying populace. I agree.
