Tustin: May Sales for Montego Way Townhomes

Just east of 55 and north of McFadden Avenue, you’ll find little old Montego Way. Townhomes here are somewhat small and a tad on the older side, but offer an affordable option to families. In May, we saw sales run the gamut. We’ve got one that sold for $372,000 while another was down less than half at $167,200 (likely a foreclosure). While all the same model, who knows what the interiors are like. If you’re looking to buy here, I wouldn’t recommend paying more than $240,000.
