I'd also like to point out that in the final part of the show the discussion turned to short sales and the tax implications. Two of the panel members made statements that the debt forgiveness on the proceeds of a short sale are taxable. They are not. Unfortunately I was not on for the final segment or I would have corrected the error. Hopefully on a future show we can address the issue more fully.
