Currently there are 584 homes on the market in Huntington Beach with each house staying for sale an average of 112 days. The median price per square foot in Huntington Beach is $426. These numbers and the graphs below show that H.B. is experiencing moderately healthy movement in an otherwise unhealthy market.

That 90 day median price per sq. foot looks like a nice downhill ski run to me. Just wait until later this fall and next year when all the Alt-A’s start resetting. Then that “downhill run” might be a steeper “black diamond”
