		<description>I&#039;ve seen that house on Mustang.  It&#039;s in Nellie Gail and boy would I be pissed if I was a neighbor.  To say it&#039;s half finished would be generous, and there is virtually no usable space in the backyard.  There&#039;s also a vacant lot next door that still has remnants of the foundation of the previous house.  My guess is that the &quot;buyer&quot; of this Mustang house also &quot;bought&quot; the lot next door.  If I were the Nellie Gail association I would exercise eminent domain and level this house to build a park.  I would be shocked if someone bought this.  And they recently *raised* the asking price from 1.5 to 1.6 million.
