It's in Nellie Gail and boy would I be pissed if I was a neighbor. To say it's half finished would be generous, and there is virtually no usable space in the backyard. There's also a vacant lot next door that still has remnants of the foundation of the previous house. My guess is that the "buyer" of this Mustang house also "bought" the lot next door. If I were the Nellie Gail association I would exercise eminent domain and level this house to build a park. I would be shocked if someone bought this.
