The economy is rough and causing other chamnes in the area too...Irvine Ranch Market in Foothill also closed down after being open for only about 6 months or so. I also see other changes going on such as new retail buildings being constructed in Mission Viejo on Los Alisos near the tollroads, and some new retail construction in Foothill Ranch near the Walmart. Also new places going up on Lake Forest near Dimension, Starbucks and some other small retail but a Jiffy Lube near there is closing...seems like constant change right now.
