Re: the Hillcrest unit. It seems like they tried to redo the kitchen a little too cheaply. No granite slabs and white cabnets on stainless steel; not the best choices. Kitches and baths sell the unit. With 400k one can get a brand new unit in LIttle Italy, East Village, or Banker’s Hill.
