Back to School
It’s that time of year again when the sunscreen and beach towels get traded in for backpacks and new pencils. It’s always bitter sweet around our home. We look forward to getting reacquainted with friends, fundraisers and families we haven’t seen for a few months. We also relish all our summer fun spent in the water, at camp and on vacation. I have chosen to raise my family in Hillcrest and I want to tell you that this is a wonderful community for kids. If we didn’t have to make the periodic jaunt to one of those cursed but necessary super stores (you know who they are), we’d rarely ever leave. Here, we are blessed with great schools, places to eat and things to do within walking distance. We also enjoy beautiful parks, walking trails, hidden bridges and bay views.
