Starting and ending with interesting investment properties, we have much to consider in the new listings. On the evening news last night was a story about an apartment shortage. I don’t know where they get their information, but the rental market is OK right now and for the immediate future. However, these investment properties might be a nice cushion for the future when rentals may become scarce and prices will rise.
