Price Updates
Changes too hot to handle!
These are some of the price changes from the last two (yes two) days. There are more than I can list but these seemed interesting. Note that, as often happens, there is an increased price. Sometimes this is countered by the seller’s willingness to bargain over some other aspect of the deal.

2449 Kings View Cir, Spring Valley
Originally listed at $320,000 and now nearly a year on the market, this is a substantial reduction, yet it remains slightly higher than some similar units nearby. HOA fee isn’t stated and should be considered. You will have to judge the distinctions and whether this is a good deal.
Price adjustments have been going on a while and can be expected in this uncertain market. Economists can’t seem to agree how long it will continue. Note that some of these are old listings and one is quite new. What’s your strategy- do you have more interest in new listings or old ones?
