Bang for Your Buck – Hillcrest Homes under $400/Square Foot
Despite the equalizing going on in the marketplace, Hillcrest is still pricey. Finding homes under $400 per square foot is pretty slim pickins this week. These properties are the cream of the crop in this price range; anything much lower and you start to get into fixers…but that’s another post!
