Recent Sales- El Cajon
Looking at Western El Cajon actual sales figures
This is one of those places that never make the news. No crime, no traffic jams, no scandal. This area is almost invisible to outsiders and troublemakers … except for 2 sex offenders. But you should know that this is an unusually low number for such a large metro area. The inset ARGIS (Megan’s Law) map shows their locations.
Western El Cajon
Just to the upper right of this map is Gillespie airport. This is a residential area bounded by busy streets including Fletcher Pkwy which is a major retail area both East & West of here. Just to the left is Grossmont College. Again- the blue houses are sold, green are available.

Alongside the 125 freeway in an otherwise quiet neighborhood.
The fact is that I know very little about this area except what the numbers tell me and the rare drive through. If you live here, feel free to comment about it. Home values seem strong here relative to other San Diego City and County areas.
