Recent Sales Help Gauge Home Values in North Park

North Park property values seem to be dropping, but not in an earth shattering way.  Given the exceptions of foreclosure or bankruptcy, of course, prices seem to be levelling not plummeting.  This area can still be considered one where nice, modest homes are reasonably priced.  There is room in this community for first time buyers and those moving up or downsizing.  There are a plentitude of housing choices in North Park and the neighborhood is a little more casual and earthy than nearby Hillcrest.  Here are some recent sales statistics to help gauge current market values.
