‘Triple D’ is Not My Bra Size
Sorry to disappoint, but bodacious Bette I’m not. I do have my own unique attributes, though, and I like to think I share a little of myself with you each day; in my own special way. My offerings come mostly from an enduring drive to find a find, an intellectual gift if you will, and a little heart thrown in for good measure. The heart isn’t far from the bosom, so perhaps that’s a little something for those of you with a hankering for the bawdy side of life. Anyway, in my forever search for the best values this city has to offer, I sometimes come across properties that are struck by multiple blows, making them potentially excellent buys. I call these picks ‘Triple Ds‘ because they are distressed (the seller needs out), dilapidated (fixers) and depreciating (priced below their last sell price). Now tell me that doesn’t excite you in the same way the brassiere thrilled the likes of Otto Titzling!
- Distressed: Bank Owned Foreclosure
- Dilapidated: Fixer (Sold As-Is)
- Depreciating: Last $386,000, Now $235,000
- Distressed: Quick Sale!
- Dilapidated: Fixer-Upper
- Depreciating: Zestimate $373,109, Ask $295,000
- Distressed: Bank Owned
- Dilapidated: Major Fixer
- Depreciating: Zestimate $302,636, Ask $249,000

I wanted to share with you a wonderful site I just came across teaching Krav Maga like they teach it in the Israeli Army (IDF) If you guys have seen the Tv Show called Fight Quest you would have seen their chief instructor Ran Nakash there. Anyways, I think it’s worth a look. I’ve been a member for the last 4 months, and I’ve been loving every second of it.
