Some sellers are holding firm on price despite the depreciation of the market, but others are realizing they are not going to be able to sell their properties at boom pricing and so there are some fantastic deals out there but it does take some conscientious watching to know which are which.  I do highlight good buys from time to time so stay tuned :)</description>

I&#039;m very interested in Hillcrest - you even posted comments about a couple of places that have caught my eye - 3819 First Avenue and the house/condo on Arbor Drive -  but with prices dropping, it would seem that the advantages of waiting and watching are much greater than the disadvantages.</description>
