I am doing a research project on the effects of various types of tourism on the coastal environment in Northern Baja. To me it seems as if Trump’s development will end of being a major eyesore to the beautiful coastline there. I was wondering if any of you all could back up some of the stats you are giving with citations/ the URL where you found them so that I could utilize them in my paper. Thanks

Another thing is even if you win a lawsuit, it’s only a judgment in your favor. Your money is long gone and at best you may get a tiny percent of it back, or nothing at all.

kim, no offense, but why did you buy 3 units? Looking for a quick flip? You took a gamble and lost. Trump is a con artist. His casinos are broke. Trump makes his money using other people’s money to make big bets. If he wins, he makes a big cut. If he loses, then you lose everything.

I saw a big ad in the news paper that Trump is building a condo resort in Baja so I called the ph# and I got connected with sales person Rosy Torres whose father is now a Mayor of Rosarito and her father owns a Rosarito Beach hotel.She was very nice and she introduced me to Jason Grosfeld the owner of Irongate. They hiped up every thing so much and told me that how Wakiki was sold out so quickly and people had to be turned away and so on but Jason was ready to sell me a condo in Waikiki. He said that he held it for himself. Jason sold me 3 units and told me that you will never be sorry because this is Trump resort water front. Before purchasing the condo I also wanted to know who will be managing it so they had picked a very reputable company. Jason and Rosy also told me and my husband at the party that Ivanka Trump is incharge of this project and also bought a condo in the Trump tower 1. The party was very hyped up with all kinds of gifts etc. Buyers were pumped up for the next day.I feel like a big fool. I was buying the Trump condo. I also questioned about the sewage and was told that it has been corrected and ther will be their own water filteration system. I further asked that how can any body swim there but they assured me that it’s all behind.
I am absolutely sure that Mr. Trump is hungry for money and greedy that he planned this scam to make money.I am loosing over $500k. I am so crying and have been writing to all the news papers and ABC’s prime Stime to let every one know BEWARE OF TRUMP DEALS. I also hope that we win this case and we all get our money back. What a scam? I have Rosy’s business cards that also says Trump-Baja and every where else. How could any body know that it’s only his name being used. At least I didn’t.My sales agent didn’t even inform me about the project going under until I received the papers from the South Land Title company that they have taken out all the deposit from the buyers there is no money in the account there fore they have resigned. I hope we all take him to court and get our money back.
