		<description>The agent for 4433 Bancroft has relisted the home for $365K.  In the description, it now says it&#039;s listed at a &quot;ridiculously low price&quot;.  Gee, I don&#039;t think that $400+ per square foot in a neighborhood east of the 805 and south of Adams is a &quot;ridiculously low price&quot;.  

The agent&#039;s description is an insult to the intelligence of anyone who&#039;s been paying attention to the housing market.</description>
