In the description, it now says it's listed at a "ridiculously low price". Gee, I don't think that $400+ per square foot in a neighborhood east of the 805 and south of Adams is a "ridiculously low price". The agent's description is an insult to the intelligence of anyone who's been paying attention to the housing market. The agent for 4433 Bancroft has relisted the home for $365K. In the description, it now says it’s listed at a “ridiculously low price”.
