Good Morning San Diego!
Good morning San Diego. It’s bright and early in our fair city. The sun is rising, the birds are chirping, my sprinkler is hissing and the neighbor next door is doing something weird with power tools in his backyard. While we masses struggle over gloomy news about the economy and such, our sons and daughters are still overseas and the politicians are squabbling about who’s got a better mousetrap. And yet, the sun shines. A quick cold snap and downpour opened the skies to blue and brought my garden to life. Even the weeds are singing. How very fortunate we are.
Having counted my blessings for the day, on to residential real estate. After all, that’s why we gather here; to read, learn and share ideas on that very subject. I’m not in the mood for anything heavy today. You will have to go somewhere else to talk about foreclosures and recession woes. We can go there another time. No, today I bring you well priced listings and red hot deals on some lovely properties in the best neighborhoods in America’s Finest City, where bounty and beauty overflow with abundance.
