Check It Out: New Redfin Features Have Arrived
Oh those Redfin guys, always working to make their site (and our lives) better. Philanthropists, really.
Seriously, they’ve rolled out some pretty cool new features. You can now see when a property will have an open house, straight from the map. Starting today on Redfin, open house information from MLS listing and those scheduled by Redfin sellers will show up by the icon shown below (it’s the regular listing icon with a little “Open” written above it). I can’t find any examples to show you, but keep your eyes peeled for those icons. If you see one, feel free to share with the rest of us by commenting to this post. I want to see this baby in action!
The other new feature pretty much blew my mind. It gives you a floor plan of the house and then the ability to click on a room to get a picture of that space! Check out this Yorba Buena Redfin listing (click on virtual tour on the left part of the listing or here).
As you can tell, I’m pumped about these new features. However, I might be partial since I’ve got the Redfin site by my side everyday, like an IV in my arm. What do you think? Hot or not?
