I&#039;d like to mention that while Redfin is still a &#039;startup&#039; company steeped in evolving technology and statistics, the agents aren&#039;t. Every agent has at least 20 transactions completed before they are considered for Redfin. The fact that their pay is based upon customer satisfaction surveys (and not some irrelevant criteria) says a lot about the Redfin Advantage. (toot toot)</description>
