CB 10% marketing ploy: it is attention-getting, even if it only pertains to a few homes -- the important thing is it might be the beginning of a trend -- YAY! More competition for verified, qualified buyers can only be good (for us!) . . . although I still wouldn't go w/ a traditional real estate agent . . . i *heart* redfin, hahaha!
