It’s clear why yesterday’s most clicked property on the Redfin map made the list. This close-in home is in Judkins Park (a small up and coming neighborhood close to downtown and Beacon Hill) and is an estate sale listing at the incredible price (for the neighborhood) of $250,000.

Since there’s no pictures on the listing and the agent clearly calls out that the property is being sold “as-is”, I think its safe to assume that the reason this house is priced at 64% below other homes on the market in the surrounding area is that it is a fixer. That said, there are plenty of people in the market for those so I wanted to send it out to all of our dedicated Sweet Digs readers, pictureless or no. This small 940 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house sits just a block away from Judkins Park and a few blocks away from Thurgood Marshall Elementary. It is also mere blocks away from some of the best cheap food in the city at Malay Satay Hut and Tamarind Tree.
