Freeloading in Phinney
Yesterday’s most clicked house on Redfin was a nice-sized 1,920 square foot craftsman built in 1916 on the Southwest side of Phinney.
It’s no surprise that this house made the top of the list given that it is a full 36% below the average $/square foot for the area of $324. The home has 3 bedrooms/1 bath and looks well kept with nice built-ins all around and even some wainscoting. For the price, you also get off-street parking and a fireplace with built-in bookshelves next to it.
This is a really nice area with easy access to playgrounds, parks, the zoo and of course, Fremont.
