Looking at previous sales in the building for the x02 units (which I assume are a similar floorplan), unit 102 sold for 316k in June 2005, and unit 502 sold in December 2005 for 381k. If I estimated a 15k difference for between floors, that would make a sale price for this unit, unit 202, in December 2005 value, to be 336k.
