Wallingford makes it back to the Sweet Digs list with this $550,000 Craftsman. I looked at the first exterior photo and then I glanced at the square footage-1,420- and thought, “something does not compute.” Seattle isn’t San Francisco yet when it comes to home prices and properties above half-a-million are impressive in at least one or more aspects; whether it’s home size, lot size, location, view, architecture, interior amenities, etc… I can find you plenty of properties in the Bay Area where the only impressive aspect is the price!

Valerie McFarling, Redfin’s transaction coordinator extraordinaire, looked at my screen and exclaimed, “OMG, that’s so my style!” Interiors as stylish as this one can bring out the inner-Valley girl in anyone, even me.
