Palatial Crib in Woodinville
Faithful Sweet Digs readers have come to expect us to surprise and delight them on Monday mornings with some amazingly expensive estate somewhere on the Seattle map and then spend the rest of the of the week telling you which properties are the most popular. I’m going to break with tradition today because I saw this palatial crib this morning and could not resist sending it out.
This unbelievable waterfront home in Woodinville, on the market for just under $5 million, has 7 bedrooms, 8.75 baths, and a lot big enough to invite the Seahawks to come play football on. My favorite features are the built-in English pub and the Italian spa but I suspect many others will like the kid’s playhouse in the backyard that seems to be the size of several in-town houses I’ve seen recently! The 14,400 square-foot house sits on Lake of the Woods and includes a separate apartment for your nanny, in-laws, or perhaps for you to rent out to help you with the mortgage payments.
As expensive as this home may seem at first, it’s actually a pretty good deal when compared to many similar properties. It’s priced at $347/square foot and includes many amenities you just don’t see in other homes in the area. Finally, you can tell all your friends that you live in the house that looks a lot like George Bush’s vacation house. What could be better?!
