Yesterday’s most-clicked house was a nice little 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath house in the perennial-favorite Greenlake neighborhood. What struck me most about the house was the picture the listing agent took of the hot tub in the back yard. The perspective is incredible…I swear he made that thing look like an Olympic lap pool!

I actually know this house, which is just a few blocks from my own, and can vouch for it being close enough to the lake to picnic there for lunch all summer long. You are also about halfway between Mix ice cream and the Greenlake Bar and Grill and a short drive/bike ride to the Greenlake Park & Ride.
The home is on the market for $550,000, or $352/square-foot, which is average for the neighborhood. However, it looks like you get a nicely updated home with most of the work already done for the price.
