Ahoy Sailor Jack

Over a month on the market confirms my suspicion that this adorable 1942 house (adorable as in small) is priced just too high. Only a squeak over 1000 sq.ft. there is simply not enough room for a family to live comfortably. Well, maybe Sailor Jack and Bingo.
crackerjack Ahoy Sailor Jack
Everything has been remodeled inside; even the former garage boasts a bonus bedroom and TV room. (O.K. so the washer and dryer are in there too-and it only fits one easy chair). It truly is a cute 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home and the backyard is spacious, healthy, and green with a large cedar shed. Hurry, because the owners informed me that they are pulling it off the market shortly so they can fetch a better price come spring. 8208 38th Ahoy Sailor Jack
