I agree, Skcess, that the finishes are pretty. My warning was not about the choice of materials, but concerns over the skill of installation and attention to detail.

I just viewed the home, and was very cautious due to the above ads. however once inside, I thought the home was wonderful, one of the nicest I’ve seen for the asking price in this area. The comments above do not give this home a fair view. the hard wood floors were gorgeous, and the granite in the kitchen really set it off. Definately worth a look.

Ugh, then it’s basically just like 6549 SUNNYSIDE AVE N…same sale price in the spring, same asking price now, same sloppy attention to detail. How I wanted to love the house on Sunnyside…guess this one isn’t worth even taking a look at.

I actually visited this on its first open house and they put saran wrap over the carpet on the stairs instead of non-slip protection. I took a hefty fall and am still feeling the pain. Sloppy details indeed… All the agent could say is “Oh, I did that several times myself.” And you left it on the stairs after that because…????

So this last sold about 4 months ago for over $200,000 less than they are asking now…with no apparent improvements to the property. Am I missing something?
