Sweet Digs: Motivated Today in Skyway
Today, Sweet Digs is all about South Seattle. The most-clicked house is a nice, affordable number down in Skyway that is on the market for $354,950. This home was put up for sale 64 days ago and I’m actually surprised that it hasn’t sold. It looks reasonably nice, includes a full mother-in-law apartment and the price makes it just $150/square foot. (Considerably less than the surrounding area’s $260/square foot.) Oh, did I mention the agent states that the seller is “motivated?”
