Most definately great neighbors in Wing Point! The NWMLS listing shows a lot of interior pictures, and it the house appears to me to make the most of an excellent exposure as well.
I believe the walls are yellow, which I like a lot in all this rainy weather.

I have been inside this house and it is gourgeous. The backyard views of the golf course and sunsets are spectacular. This is a very warm and inviting home! Great neighbors too!
