Redfin users dug up a Sammamish Plateau home that offers a nice alternative to the cookie cutter new constructions that dot the hillside: $450,000 list price, 3 bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms, and 1,815 square feet. There’s the huge 12,197 square feet lot that’s double or triple the size of what you’d get in a newer community. And for gearheads: driveway space for an RV, and a three-car-garage. Try finding that for under $500,000 in Sammamish.
In other news, six of the top ten most popular properties today were Downtown Seattle condos.
