South Seattle: Price Reduced in Hillman City
Here’s a price reduction that caught my eye. I reviewed it in January, and it’s still around on the market, but for $20,000 less. I’m still a bit skeptical about the price tag, given the layout and lot size, so we’ll see if a spring sale will do the trick.
Price: $429,000. Last sold in 1998 for $75,000. 1,442 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.
