Sweet Digs: Trend Spotting Seattle Hot Properties

As Seattle home prices continue to rise, more and more buyers are looking at alternatives to the single family home. Here are a few trends I’ve noticed in popular properties over the last few months:
Condos: in downtown or nearby neighborhoods and with nice finishes
Swanky lofts: extra points for stainless steel, exposed beams or brick
Views: smaller spaces feel bigger when they have big views
Price: under $450,000

The top five most clicked properties today exemplify these trends:
1.) 1505 11th Ave #304 – Capitol Hill cool modern loft in a converted warehouse. Has city views, exposed beams and is listed at $349,500.

2.) 1105 Spring St #1010 – Phenomenal views from this First Hill condo. A professional photographer must have taken the photos for this listing. Beautiful finishes inside. Listed at $314,950.
