Wallingford Price Cut: Why Bother?
Bryant is a great neighborhood near the University of Washington and is a great location for anyone who doesn’t work on the East side. The commute from Bryant just to 520, even on the weekends, can be up to 45 minutes due to heavy traffic on Montlake. I love the homes in this area and here’s a nice looking three bedroom one bath bungalow for under $450K! I’m not sure why the only interior photo is of a strip of hardwood flooring, perhaps the owners don’t want photos of their belongings on the internet?
