Bainbridge Island: It’s the Story…Of a Cool Dig on Kallgren…
I’m not sure what it is about this place that reminded me of the Brady Bunch abode.
No Alice, no astro turf back yard, and no open staircase…and yet…
All the usual Greg Brady perm jokes aside, this place was a fixer opportunity for the Dwell-inclined among us sitting on a sweet playground-worthy 2.39 acres–and listed for $539,000 when I last checked.
Come to find out, it sold for about fifty thousand less.
It must be a very Brady feeling for the the new owner of this split level who may at this very moment be thinking that Architect Mike Brady could come in real handy about now.

It really is stereotyping to say that every house built in the seventies reminds me of the Brady Bunch. And for that I am…truly ashamed.
