West Seattle: Bang For Your Buck at Lincoln Park
Lincoln Park is a little bite of the rocky Pacific Northwest coastline, except with more dogs and a filtered, heated saltwater swimming pool. A quick survey of houses in the area yielded the property with the cheapest square footage within 10 blocks of the park. Squeaking in at $223/square foot (and honestly, that’s not terribly cheap), this house has been on the market 131 days, so it may become an even better deal.
