More signs of a settling market in Seattle after the crazy California-like growth we’ve been having? This June we saw more listings come on the market than this time last year. At the same time we’ve had an almost 10% decrease in sales which explains why more listings are on the market this June with a 53% increase in the number of active listings over last year.
