Most Clicked: Cap Hill Condos
There’s a sweet spot in the real estate market for the hip urban dweller that still wants a cozy neighborhood feel. Belltown is hot for high-density living in high-rises proximal to cute cafes, rowdy night clubs and downtown shopping. But sometimes the simple things can make ultra-urban living a little annoying like the dearth of choices in full service grocery stores and waiting for an elevator to clime 20 stories to get to your floor. So where can you get the best of both worlds – the Capitol Hill Condo. Buildings usually top out around at most 10 stories and you still get impeccable views. From just about anywhere on the hill you have a QFC, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, or Co-op grocery store within a stone’s throw. The clubs and cafes won’t disappoint and when you just need the warm and fuzzies from seeing a mom with a stroller or a family throwing a Frisbee around on a Sunday afternoon you can walk down to Volunteer Park.
Today’s top two most clicked properties on Redfin are surprisingly similar. Almost the same price ($385K-ish) and location (both on Bellevue Ave), these condos really hit the spot.

Finally! I made Sweet Digs! You’d think as a Redfin employee I’d have some natural in but it’s taken me a month
. Hopefully this is the traffic push that sells the place. It really is a great condo, close to everything; last night the view was beautiful as the full moon rose above the city.
Dan C, and both condos are represented by Redfin.
