NW Seattle Price Cuts: Five by $500K

Here are five recent price cuts of homes in the $500,000 range. The largest drop was almost $50,000; the smallest a mere $4,000. The biggest reduction belongs to the place on the market longest, the condo on Fremont that’s been listed on Redfin for more than 200 days. The smallest is for a home that’s been on Redfin fewer than 30 days.

Old price: $599,000. New price: $595,000.

Old price: $598,000. New price: $575,000.
4/1.75; 1740 sq. ft.

4217 Fremont Ave. N #2
Old price: $599,950. New price: $549,000.
2/1.75; 1170 sq. ft.

8039 23rd Ave NW.
Old price: $559,500. New price: $538,000.
4/2.5; 2590 sq. ft.

7516 Jones Ave. NW
Old price: $535,000. New price: $525,000.
3/1.75; 2290 sq. ft.
