Seattle Slows Down in Some Areas
Today Elizabeth Rhodes wrote that “scales tip in favor of home buyers” in the Puget Sound area. The data indicates our area overall is correcting but there are still some neighborhoods that are not quite a buyers market yet.
North Seattle, for example, is clearly a competitive sellers’ market because houses are selling quickly, a Windermere analysis of the past seven weeks shows…the Eastside has trended toward a balanced market that equally favors buyers and sellers.
