Green Lake Sales: Mixed Bag

I decided to do something different today with neighborhood sales statistics. I checked out the status of several properties that hit Redfin on the same day, May 19.

It’s a mixed bag of results for Green Lake. (Click here for Phinney Ridge.) One was bid up, one was sold for a goodly percentage of asking and one’s still waiting for a buyer.

6029 4th Ave. NE sold for 101.7% after 41 days.
Original List Price: $525,000. Sales Price: $534,000
2/2.5; 2000 sq. ft.

8227 Interlake Ave. N sold for 98.5% in 45 days.
Original List Price: $679,000. Sales Price: $669,000
4/1.75; 1720 sq. ft.

After 97 days on Redfin, 2026 N 77th St. has not yet sold. The original list price was $849,950; the owners are currently asking $799,950. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths and 1380 living square feet, according to the KCR.
