NW Seattle Price Cuts: Define “Affordable”

In the Area 705 corner of Seattle, property north of 85th St. (and away from the Sound) is usually less expensive. Here are some recent reductions for places – townhouses, single-family property, and condos – that are priced in the mid-300s. This is what passes for affordable when the median home price is $453,000.
