South End Price Reductions

In what order should I list them? Highest price to lowest? Longest time on Redfin to newest on the market? Greatest reduction in price? Northernmost to southernmost?

I’m sure there’s a fancy equation I could create, largest percentage reduced per day, dollar per square foot reduced, or something else equally incomprehensible. But let’s just go with percentage reduced from original price, greatest to least.
