New Day, New Search: Dropped an Increment in Northeast Seattle

Searching on Redfin, prices increase in $25,000 increments from $100,000 to $500,000, in  $50,000 increments from $500,000 to $1,000,000, in $250,000 increments until you hit $5 million, and then it’s million dollar jumps from there.

It makes sense, then, that if you drop your price into a new price bracket, your listing will get more attention (since theoretically there are more potential buyers the lower your price is). Here are some Northeast Seattle price reductions that will show up in more searches today.
