Where’s Your Data on That? Right Here.
I was just making a logical assumption when I said more people would click your house’s link if it fell into a lower price category.
Check out Glenn Kelman’s post on the Redfin Corporate Blog for some actual stats and graphs on how much more traffic you’ll get if you drop your price and it falls an increment. Apparently, $550,000 is the tipping point around these parts.
