Closed Sammamish Sales: Pine Lake, Beaver Lake
Sales in the Beaver and Pine Lake areas of Sammamish seemed to be far and few in between, with just a couple of closed sales noted in the area during the month of October. Something tells me it’s not just this area!
In sum, NWMLS area 540, which includes these regions noted 31% fewer closed sales during October, 2007, compared to the same time last year. However, the median price of closed sales during the month, $495,000, dropped only slightly, by 0.8%, from the $499,000 median price in October of 2006.
