Our beloved Bellevue continues to see growth in it’s regional housing market, and construction projects continue to fill the pipline, though they also continue to fill the streets with headache and traffic congestion. With 15 major construction projects currently underway, you can’t help but notice the building fervor that’s all around.

Bellevue has long planned to focus growth downtown, although the development — fed by a strong market — is unfolding quickly and on a massive scale.
